All appointments are available to be booked online or pre-booked at your appointment. The salon software I use is square and will send you reminders about your appointment. Please confirm your appointment through square when your reminders prompt you to.

If you fail to confirm your appointment via square and you cannot be contacted your appointment will be cancelled.


Cancelling, rescheduling and no-showing

A generous amount of time is dedicated to each guest, so ample notice when you have to cancel or reschedule is greatly appreciated. I ask for 48 hours notice But I understand life happens. In the event that you frequently cancel or no show (ghost me on our appointment- not cool!) you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. Any appointments that are no-shows after the missed appointment fee is charged, and paid, may result in a failure to be booked in the future.


Late policy

If you are running late to your appointment please let me know ASAP via text. If you’re going to be 15 minutes, or later please be aware this is cutting into your appointment time and likely will result in you appointment being cancelled, this will be considered a no-show appointment.


Sick Policy

If you are sick, have flu like symptoms, a cold, the sniffles, or are generally feeling under the weather…

please cancel your appointment. Like I said, I understand life happens.


Adjustment Policy

If you are unhappy with your hair I ask that you let me know within 7 days of your appointment. My goal is for you to fall in love with your hair.

So, if you aren’t..I want to make it right!

With that being said, not achieving your final look in one session when during your consultation we discussed that it would take multiple sessions does not constitute a “redo” or adjustment.

Your husband, wife, mom, aunt, granny or neighbor disliking your new hair does not constitute a redo either.

If you are feeling any COVID-19 related symptoms, have been around anyone who has had COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
