My oldest memories are of me as a young girl playing “beauty salon”, subjecting my family and friends to all of my make believe haircuts and styles. As I grew up make believe became reality. Throughout my teenage years my friends were my creative outlet, they entrusted me to not only cut their hair but to color and install extensions as well.

What brave and great friends I had, huh?!

There was nowhere to go but up from there as I enrolled at The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in Frederick, MD. There I discovered my passion doesn’t stop at just great hair. I learned that the key to looking good, was feeling good. Any of my current guests could tell you I always say “ It’s 90% attitude, 10% actually being able to pull it off”. My passion for beauty is equal and rooted in my passion for inspiring and encouraging people to live as their authentic selves.

In the salon I’ll help you find the courage, and confidence to rock that style you’ve always dreamed of.

I don’t believe salons ( or your stylist) should make you feel intimidated or as if you don’t belong.

My private salon suite will give you peace of mind as you and I work together discussing and perfecting your look.

I always stay up to date on education, current trends and styles... but if I’m being honest, the best style is the one that makes you feel confident.

Trendy can’t top that.

In my free time you’ll find me with my family, trying on funky threads at the thrift store or browsing an antique shop. If the weather is nice we’re out walking or picking whatever is fresh at Larriland Farms. My husband and I are always planning the next new “first” for our 2 sons!
